Excellent b&b in a beautiful neighborhood Checkin was easy Late checkout was provided free of charge Very short walk to Victoria station, and many shops and restaraunts Would 100% return

Mice in hotel room

STAY AWAY!! While location is excellent, we had a terrible stay. Mice in the room. In the bed, in our suitcases, on the table. Needless to say we did not get a lot of sleep. On top of this, no reaction at all from management on this issue. Doors do not close tightly, so while you may believe we just had a bad room (#7) we saw them several times running out of our room below the door, and either into the kitchen or other rooms. Just stay away!

Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location if you want to be near Buckingham Palace and Victoria tube / station. Room was spacious and pleasant, very comfy beds and quiet. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and the full English breakfast was very tasty and a generous portion. Everyone at the hotel was professional and friendly. Disappointing.

A rather disappointing stay. We booked a twin room, but there was no bedside shelf for one bed, it had been removed and was in the wardrobe. It obviously did not fit when the double bed was changed to twin beds. The shower handle fell off and when you put it back, you had no way of changing the temperature. The breakfast room is very cramped and not big enough for all the residents if they arrive at the same time. I was disappointed to be told that I could not have my croissant warm, even though the kitchen is in the dining area. My husband did enjoy his cooked breakfast. Although there is complimentary coffee and tea, be aware that this is not in the room and if you are on the third floor it is quite a way to go for an early morning cup of tea. The staff were very pleasant but didn't have answers, it felt as though there was a lack of anyone managing the place. A shame as the B&B is in a very pleasant area, with good restaurants and cafes. Our room was quiet at night.

We loved the location as we only used the train for transport. We could also walk to most locations.
