    I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, being very close to Ilford train station and right next to a bus stop, making travel easy and convenient. The transport links are fantastic, allowing quick access to nearby attractions and central London.The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. Overall, it offered great value for money, and I would happily stay here again.     We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the excellent service throughout. The rooms were always spotless, with fresh linen changed every day, including clean towels daily as well. The bar service was very convenient, and the breakfast selection was rich and varied.What made the experience even more special was the staff: always kind, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for and pampered. Every single day, as soon as I arrived, they would bring me my vegan sausage without even having to ask — such a thoughtful and lovely gesture that made me feel truly welcomed.If I return to London, I would definitely stay here again.     We need justice for Best Western Ilford staff they treated us like trash and inhumane

    Hello the best western hotel management team, I'm writing this email to let you know what happened while me, my wife and my daughters were staying at one of your hotel branches in Best Western Ilford from November 20 to November 26, 2025. My oldest daughter is two years and eleven months old, and my younger daughter is eight months old.We were booked under the London Borough of Waltham Forest, and at 5:30 p.m. on November 26, 2025, we saw four staff members enter our room without permission and begin talking to our staff without permission. When we tried to contact the London Borough of Waltham Forest, they told us to stay inside the hotel because there was a mistake in our reservation, which they would correct as soon as possible, but the hotel staff ignored us and treated us disrespectfully. My daughter has been sobbing since eleven o'clock and there is nothing to offer her, so I begged my baby formula to take me back, but they refused.The staff members refused to give me formula milk for my 8-month-old child until we called the police and explained the reason. We need an investigation to justify their mistreatment of us because they are such horrible individuals who should be punished. We understand you were in contact with the police directly, and at their request we provided you with a temporary waiting space in our lobby, along with access to essential facilities such as the microwave, kettle, hot water, and restrooms. Our intention throughout was to support you as much as operationally possible.We would also like to sincerely apologise if any of our staff’s actions were perceived as intrusive or disrespectful. This is never our intention, and we are addressing your comments internally as part of our commitment to professional hospitality standards.Your feedback has been formally recorded and shared with senior management for further review. While we are unable to discuss the details of council-managed bookings publicly, we remain available to the local authority should they require clarification from us.Once again, we truly regret that your stay did not meet your expectations.
