  Fantastic hotel!

  Fantastic stay! The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from Hyde Park and Paddington station. We were upgraded to a family room, which was spacious, cozy and spotless.The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of buffet items and delicious made-to-order hot dishes. Everything we tried was fantastic.What really made this hotel special was the staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home. My boy asked for a hot chocolate that wasn’t on the menu, and they went above and beyond to make one for him. He said it was the best hot chocolate he had during our entire trip to England!Another great touch was that they offer early check-in when rooms are available, and if not, they’ll store your luggage free of charge so you can go out and enjoy the city. It’s little things like that that make a big difference.Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!   The hotel is well maintained, nice breakfast, comfortable bedding. A bit noisy if someone talks outside your room but can’t hear people in other rooms.   Overall good value with some hesitations. On the positive side, lots of outlets for cpap and chargers, quiet, AC worked beautifully. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and prompt. The room was clean. The location is also very near to Kensington Park, so near some nice places to visit. It is not as near to Paddington Station as you may think. Not so positive was the small bathroom, the 3 inch high bottom door jam into/out of the bathroom that was a tripping hazard and caused several stubbed toes, the awkward placement of the toilet roll holder, and the lack of food amenities at lunchtime and dinner. As well, if you have dietary restrictions (wheat allergy here) and you plan on having breakfast at the hotel, plan ahead or they will not be able to accommodate you.
