  Clean but weird and noisy

  My sleep was disturbed by a low-pitched mechanical humming noise that went every 15 minutes throughout the night.Besides this mechanical noise, the rooms are definitely not soundproofed from each other - I could hear everything when another guest used the bathroom in the night.The only window in the bedroom was a weird skylight that had to be operated by a touchscreen.The iron and ironing board were battered and lumpy.Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30 and is in an absurdly small area that includes a tiny kitchenette in which a poor member of staff has to cook and wash the dishes in front of all the guests.I’m not sure what this building is meant to be but it isn’t a normal hotel. It’s more like a student hall of residence that’s been converted. The keycard readers appear to be taped onto the bedroom doors.That being said, I wouldn’t fault the on-site staff.   Family Weekend in London

  Lovely hotel, the room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed.Communal areas were great, very clean and tidy. There was a great selection at breakfast.Staff were friendly and helpful.Great location, close to the tube, approx. 10 min walk.It was very quiet too, which was just what we hoped for after a busy day in London.   Great hotel, clean and comfortable.

  Great hotel. Friendly, helpful staff particularly Rahul the receptionist at check-in. Clean and comfortable hotel well modernised. Spacious room with cosy bed and hot shower. Good choice of breakfast. Only 6 minutes walk to Nine Elms underground station for easy access to Westminster and main line stations. Handy restaurants a few minutes walk.   Convenient hotel with awful breakfasts

  We stayed for one night at the weekend. The hotel is conveniently situated for both Vauxhall and Nine Elms rail /underground stations. As other reviews have noted, the entrance is tucked away and not as obvious as it could be. The third floor room was small, but clean and nicely decorated. Although the skylight could apparently be opened remotely, this information was only imparted upon our departure.Breakfast at £10pp is a DO NOT TRY. Don't be fooled by the highly misleading posters in the foyer! The English (cooked) breakfasts use the cheapest ingredients. The very friendly staff member overseeing the "cooking" was using an air fryer. This had altered the eggs into something chemically distinct from what most people would recognise as egg. She did offer to make the bacon well done for me, a simple task in a powerful cooker! The coffee machine (£2 extra) was brokenAround the corner from the hotel, there is a cafe offering a greater range of breakfast fare for a similar price.Overall price for room and one breakfast £190. Friendly and helpful staff doing their best for an international hotel chain, looking to squeeze every ounce of profit out of the overblown London tourist market.
