This comfortable city hotel enjoys an idyllic location in the fabulous Mayfair district of the London, close to Piccadilly Circus and Bond Street (some 200 m from the hotel). Green Park underground station also lies just a stone's throw away just 1 km from the hotel. Located in the vicinity are many of the city's world-famous sights including Buckingham Palace (1 km away) as well as countless restaurants, bars, renowned pubs, cafés and all types of entertainment venues.

5 suites, 19 single rooms and 106 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by a lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     I stayed on the 4th floor and it was an incredibly spacious room, recently updated. The decoration and layout, every detail is for your comfort and an understated luxury.The overall feel is one of immense comfort and well being.     This was our first visit to Brown’s as we usually stay in one of the larger Mayfair hotels but wanted to try somewhere new on this occasion.The whole experience was wonderful. We arrived to a genuinely warm welcome which set the tone for the rest of our stay. The whole staff team were friendly yet professional in every area we encountered. Our deluxe room was well appointed and beautifully designed with a great deal of character, like the rest of the hotel. The location is great too, set on a quiet street but moments away from the main areas. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant on Sunday night, with the accompanying live Jazz trio. Breakfast was enjoyable too with a varied choice on offer…All in all, we would absolutely return and although not inexpensive, it was worth every penny to experience the level of service and comfort that is offered by Brown’s.     Afternoon Tea at Brown’s Hotel

    This was our first time to London and our first afternoon tea experience. We were served by the wonderful Karol who was attentive, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. He made us feel at ease and gave us great recommendations to the varied tea selection that is offered here. The sandwiches were delicious and the sweet treats were also lovely- my personal favorite being the scones. The staff at this hotel is very accommodating and welcoming and you will feel at home. And there is a gentleman playing a piano - an amazing touch. 10/10 recommend!
