    Just back from a stay at the Bvlgari London and have to give a special mention to Athar, who looked after me from the moment I arrived. He greeted me on arrival, took the time to show me around the hotel properly, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the stay — checking in on me twice on the Saturday and even giving me a call on Sunday to see if there was anything else he could do.He also very kindly sorted out a late checkout for me, which made the end of the stay so much more relaxed.It's the sort of service that genuinely makes you want to come back. The hotel itself is beautiful, but people like Athar are what turn a nice stay into a memorable one. Thank you!

    This hotel has everything you expect: location, service, space, comfort, luxury accommodations, but what it really makes it special is the way how they threat the guests. From the front desk, management and concierge they are very professional and very friendly. I went to another same level hotel on the same trip and I can tell you this hotel really knows how to threat people in a way that i felt very special.     I have spent months at a time in London over the years, staying at some of the city’s most iconic hotels, including Café Royal and The Connaught. Both are exceptional in their own right, but I have never truly felt at home until my recent one-month stay at the Bulgari Hotel London.What makes this hotel so special is not only its understated elegance, impeccable design, and sense of privacy, but its people. True luxury is defined by how a place makes you feel, and the team here creates an atmosphere that is warm, personal, and genuinely welcoming.I would especially like to recognize Mihai and Marilena, who were always professional, attentive, and gracious. Their presence contributed greatly to the seamless and comfortable experience throughout my stay.However, Felipe deserves particular recognition. His level of care, attentiveness, and sincerity is truly exceptional. He has a rare ability to make guests feel seen, valued, and completely at ease.     Excellent urban hotel in the heart of London. The service is efficient and professional. The suite was very well equipped and very clean.
