    Excellent location, very clean and well presented twin room. Bathroom had everything we required. Staff were very attentive and helpful - made us feel very welcome immediately.

    Spotlessly clean, buses every 10 mins to Vauxhall

    The hotel is fairly basic and our room was small but it was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. In a great location as in so easy to get to main attractions thanks to buses every 10 minutes. Would stay here again.

    Rooms are very clean but twin room way too small. Also extremely noisy, traffic never stops!.A tip for your guests, as you have 2 buildings, it would be a idea to inform guest which building they are in rather than lug heavy luggage up to reception and then to be told go to the other building! , With no-one there to help up and down steps!

    Good location- close to train. Room was down stairs and very small, but had everything we needed for a recovery day from a long flight. Very clean. A bit warm in the summer. McDonald’s next door and corner bistro right down the street. I would stay here again.

    Do not recommend!!! I paid 160£ for a single bed room so narrow you could barely walk round the bed, hot, & no toilet… toilet was down the corridor!! Tried to turn the shower on and the handle came off in my hand! 2 little bugs on my bed ( despite the window being closed) ! Also to be greeted by rude staff telling us to stand outside because she was on the phone, asked for two rooms together and at first I was told I was in the other block! no apology over the broken shower or the no toilet in my room. Also so noisy all night from outside and people walking past my room! Really disappointed as I could have paid less then this to stay in a nice premier inn .. won’t be returning .
