  We had a fantastic stay at this serviced apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is simply superb—perfectly situated for exploring everything nearby, with great access to transport, restaurants, and attractions.The apartment itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. It offered excellent value for money, especially considering the size and quality of the accommodation.What really made our stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. A special mention goes to the Italian lady at reception, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable—her warmth and dedication did not go unnoticed.Overall, a wonderful experience with a great balance of comfort, location, and service. We would definitely stay here again!

  Perfect place to stay in London.Extremely well appointed, with everything you possibly need. They even service the rooms like an hotel! It has everything you can possibly need.

  The apartment was very cozy and with all what you need. And there was a bathroom in each room beside the living room. There is a cleaning service as well. And the reception desk employees are very very friendly and helpful. Many good places are near by. We loved our stay with them!

  This is place is impecable. Extremely accomodating. The apartment is very well appointed and the staff is there to help you. I requested to have a fold out bed set up in the living room because the bed is described as King but it must be a UK king, Even that was very small for us, they immediately set that up for us. The kitchen has everything needed. Every detail was there, its central quiet with all the conveniences. Strongly reccomend it. If I had to give any recommendation I would make sure the size of the bed is described accurately.

  This was our first stay at the property. We were initially apprehensive when we read the negative review posted on TripAdvisor.When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find a well furnished and clean apartment in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and polite. There is a Waitrose supermarket nearby where you could find everything that you need. The neighborhood is the best location in London in close proximity to the top shopping attractions as well as some of the best restaurants in town.This is definitely our new go-to accommodation option when visiting London.Thanks to Ouana and the whole team.
