  Very poor experience, checked out early and booked another hotel nearby. Room so small 2 adults couldn't stand or move around it at same time, just about fitted a double bed in! Not very clean, t.v never worked.... despite us highlighting this to reception... nothing really was done. Hot tap in bathroom didn't work. Poor facilities. No regular cleaning/housekeeping. If u want just a bed ( very uncomfortable btw) for the night might be worth it. Otherwise pay a bit extra...go elsewhere....avoid it at all costs!!

  We got the room 3 hours late because “the cleaner is sick.” Dust everywhere, mold, and no cleaning during the entire stay. A public toilet was located right outside our window, which caused a strong, acrid urine smell and sometimes even feces. Extremely small rooms. No AC. The staff sighed when we asked for more toilet paper. The fridge didn’t work. Nonchalant staff. Very low standard. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

  Great location, 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station. Lots of good restaurants and pubs nearby. That's as good as it got.Room was little bigger than a cupboard, radiator had been removed from the wall so there was no heating. There was also no hot water for the entirety of our stay and complaints to the staff were simply ignored. Room was basic. Threadbare carpets, no remote control for the tv, no cleaning service. Room was very dirty with thick dust on the skirting boards around the bed. Debris could be seen under the bed. Window didn't close properly so we had a chilly November wind to contend with and no heating. A fan was fixed to the wall at the end of the bed (assume this was the air conditioning if we had been staying in the summer). Would not recommend as simply got the feeling that everything had been pared back to the bone to increase profit, but heating and hot water are basics, not luxuries.Avoid.

  Read all of the awful reviews for this place but still booked as it was so cheap and in a great location. Location is excellent, very close to lots of shops, restaurants and Victoria station. Room was extremely small but this was as I expected. It was fairly clean and no issues, towel and hairdryer provided which I wasn’t expecting.My room was next door to the shower/toilet so this was convenient for me.There was no noise or disruptions in the night and I had a good sleep. Staff were fine. All in all, not a bad stay and worth it for the money. You know you are not booking a 5 star experience when staying here, so not sure why the other reviews seem shocked by what they had booked?If you just need a bed to sleep in for the night in a great location at good value, I would recommend here.

  This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. Save yourself the trouble, your health, and your money. The rooms were filthy — dirty pillows and duvets, mold on the walls, and even spiders. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, and it seems the entire place is run by one family who clearly doesn’t care about cleanliness or guests. Absolutely awful experience.
