    From the moment we arrived - everything was just perfect. We were delighted to know that we had been upgraded to a gorgeous three bedroom Deluxe Apartment with amazing Tower Bridge views. After a long day out with our children, we always looked forward to returning to our wonderful & comfortable apartment.     We had an excellent stay at Cheval Three Quays. We booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a unit with outstanding views of Tower Bridge and Tower of London. The views alone made the stay memorable.The apartment itself was very spacious, modern, and well maintained. It included a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a refrigerator that was thoughtfully stocked with a few snacks and breakfast staples. The layout worked very well for a family, and the small balconies were a nice added touch.Service was another highlight. The staff was friendly and accommodating; we arrived early and were able to use a hospitality suite to freshen up and head out for sightseeing while our room was being prepared, which made the arrival experience more comfortable.The location is directly across from the Tower of London, which is convenient for that area. The only downside is that it’s not a very central base for exploring the rest of the city; most other major attractions required about a 30-minute cab ride. That said, the trade-off is more space and a good value by London standards.Overall, a very comfortable, welcoming, and well-equipped place to stay.     Fantastic break at this luxury hotel. The room was super clean and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing weekend away with friends. We were upgraded and enjoyed the view of the Shard from our balcony. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to book again in the future. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and friends who want to get away for the weekend or are celebrating something special.
