    It is basically a small apartment with the complete kitchen including refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, toaster , microwave, coffee, and tea kettle. Also dishwasher and clothes washer.The American queen size bed was very comfortable. There was a small dining room. Living room had a comfortable sofa and a chair. The bathroom had a bath/ shower combo and a bidet.The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Philipe was so helpful and friendly. The location was about a six minute walk from Paddington Station. There were lots of restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant, Bizarro-yes that is its name and had pastries and lattes at Granier's bakery for breakfast.We would definitely stay here again if we're in London.

    rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately our experience at this serviced apartment was extremely disappointing and stressful.We stayed for 18 days, and for 12 of those days the heating was not working at all. The bathroom heated towel rails were also not functioning. We repeatedly contacted the management to have this resolved, but were consistently given excuses—either the maintenance person was unavailable, not working weekends, or on leave during the week. Despite multiple follow-ups, no meaningful action was taken.After numerous attempts to escalate the issue, we were eventually told that the heating system was “working,” which was simply not true. Then we were offered to use the small heater for the child’s room to heat the room overnight - that small heater it says not to leave it on for a long time as it can overheat and cause a fire accident. Outrageous!!!It was only two days before our departure that someone finally came to address the issue—and even then, only the main heating and one towel rail were fixed.What made matters worse was that maintenance entered the apartment without any prior notice or permission. We only became aware of this after finding dirty footprints inside the flat, which is completely unacceptable and a serious breach of privacy.To add to the frustration, we were later offered a 10% discount on two nights, seemingly in an attempt to discourage us from sharing our experience publicly. This does not come close to compensating for the prolonged discomfort and inconvenience we endured.Just to note that we were in a particularly vulnerable situation, Due to unexpected circumstances in Dubai during our visit to London we were forced to secure longer-term accommodation quickly, without knowing how long we would need to stay. Being stuck in a property with inadequate heating, poor communication, and lack of basic service—while also dealing with the stress of being unable to return home, especially with a child—made the experience even more difficult. Overall, this stay fell far below acceptable standards. The lack of responsiveness, poor maintenance, stuffy smell, dust and disregard for guest comfort and privacy made what was already a stressful situation significantly worse. We left this place with my 2 year old having a respiratory track infection from all the “ luxury” cleaning and how good was heated the rooms and maintained. Look elsewhere and run away from this place!

    The bathroom is 5 stars there is a living room it’s big with a huge tv the bathroom is so clean I give it a 5 stars and 2 bedrooms one with a master bed and one with 2 beds

    Zero customer service at Chilworth Court

    We will have a family trip to London few days later. We have booked an apartment in Chilworth Court in Paddington. To make sure that our family trip will be hassle-free, I have been sending emails to this property to confirm my reservation with them since last week. I have also left messages in their website. I just want to tell them our expected arrival time. I have received NO reply at all. Extremely poor customer service. I made the reservation via Agoda. Agoda only provides an AI enquiry system. There is NO real person to talk to. This AI system is completely useless. So please stay away from Chilworth Court and Agoda if you want some peace in your mind and a secure hotel booking.

    Amazing hotel and friendly staff. The location is wonderful, very close to Hyde Park. Well equipped kitchens and comfy beds.
