The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. Our ground floor room directly behind reception was OK with a bathroom lacking shelving, the living room and bedroom were adequate. It was nice to have a small washing machine (clothes) in the kitchen.

Central apartment that’s OK

This is a centrally-located rental apartment, and while apartments are nice, they are in need of carpet and furniture cleaning. If you book, ask not to get 701 or 702 — they are right outside the reception desk, and the woman who works there during the day is loud and talks almost constantly.

Spacious, comfortable stay in a good area

Very spacious place with lots of amenities and a comfortable bed. I don’t think you could find a better place in this price range in this area. Clean, everything worked well, friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay and felt good there. Located on a quiet street which made for restful sleep, but also close to lots of activities and nice walks.

Outstanding service and location

Our stay was outstanding . The location is bar none as it’s two blocks from Harrod’s and walking distance to Sloan square, while being on a quiet tree lined street. Kitchen is very complete, the apartments are spacious. But the best thing was the service. Everyone was very helpful and they cleaned the apartment thoroughly every day. When I left, I didn’t check the safe thoroughly and I left two very expensive pairs of diamond earrings. Tunde Botos , the manager, found them and kept them in a safe until my return. I’m in awe with their dedication to customer service and the high quality standards they keep.

Great apartments in the heart of Knightsbridge

Brilliant apartments in the heart of Knightsbridge, literally a stones throw from Harrods. Our apartment was well equipped and thoroughly clean throughout, the concierge and staff also lovely.Some of the furniture was starting to look a little dated, but this in no way hindered a fantastic stay.
