    Not bad at all...

Okay it's not the Ritz - but tidy rooms, fresh towels, crisp bed linen and a clean bathroom with HOT water. The two lads on reception were very pleasant and helpful. Recommended for a short stay.

Absolutely disgusting! Besides the rabbit hutch size the first thing that hits you when you enter the room is the smell. I think it was the old, dirty stained carpet. I didn't take my flip flops of the whole time. On closer inspection we found multiple issues, the toilet seat was chipped and hanging on with one screw, the curtains were hung with just two hooks, the walls were stained with tea/coffee lipstick amongst other things. The bed base was obviously broken as a board was screwed down holding it together. We slept on top of the bed too scared to get in incase of bug bites. The bathroom, if you can call it that was pathetically small, like a caravan shower. I could go on but I think that's enough info for anyone to make a choice of to book this or not!

I apologize to write poor of a room. But this was a disaster from moment one, the booking system was poor, the customer service even more so and the facilities would be passable if it wasn't on par cost wise with other, much better hotels..Don't do it.

Not a bad price for London £60 a night the room was supposed to be a double no chance more like a single I'm 5'7" short ass so two people in the room would have been a nightmare the en suite again tight them horrible hard plastic pod type but a good hot shower every morning £60 a night not bad about its money the heating was on every night the radiator was scorching hot so that was a bonus.
