    Great location,hop on hop off sightseeing busses are just minutes away (less than 3 min walk),Paddington station is only 10 min walk. Very clean rooms amazing staff and a real pleasure to stay there. No negative aspects of the entire stay.

    We arrived at the hotel, about 20mins early, got checked in and they gave us an upgrade to a Suite.The room was huge and impressive, a nice bathroom with a powerful shower. A four poster bed and balcony. The bed was a little hard and the pillows a bit flat, all in all we had a good night sleep.Breakfast was filling with limited choice, a plus was that they cooked your egg on order. As it was a buffet breakfast it was on the cool side.The service at the hotel was good and the atmosphere felt calming.It's centrally located in Kensington about 5 mins to Lancaster gate, closer to Kensington gardens and just a short walk to the vibrant Baywater.Overall we had a lovely stay and would book again

    Staff were very accommodating with special requirements. A very convenient position to Hyde Park and the city centre as well as a Westfield shopping centre just a couple of train stops away in the other direction. I would definitely stay here again next time in London.

    A great hotel - perfect for Kensington gardens!

    A few mins from Lancaster Gate tube and set back from the main rd, the hotel is 2 mins from Kensington Gardens and 5 mins from Bayswater tube. Welcoming staff , a wide airy lounge to wait for your room with complementary mini pastries, coffee and water , our 5th floor room was upgraded as it was my birthday. We therefore had a balcony (the key is given on signing of a disclaimer) but overlooks a lovely mews lane which is fascinating to watch of an evening and a glass of wine. A small but well designed room with aircon, a smart tv with chrome cast and mini fridge. The bathroom is bright and the shower is hot and powerful. Our room was turned down daily and a lovely base for exploring the area. Do visit Kensington Gardens- just across the way and the wonderful Halepi Greek restaurant 5 mins away (do book!). The Swan pub up the road is well worth a visit too !
