I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the pub serves great British dishes. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the staff are genuinely friendly. Check‑in was smooth and welcoming, especially thanks to the concierge Chris, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I’m already looking forward to returning.

Went to the Blue Boar pub, part of the hotel. Went to the bar and asked for a pint of Guiness. As I went to pay I saw the cost was £9.23. I asked if this was correct and the barmen said yes to which I replied “Only in London” Anyway the unusual amount was due to a 12.5% discretionary service charge! There was no warning, the barman didn’t allude to it when challenged so it cost me £1.03 for him to pour the pint. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

My favorite part of the Conrad is the bar. I know that may sound funny, but as Billy Joel says, John at the Bar is a friend of mine. He is best person who works there. He’s always so wonderful to talk to. His drinks are fantastic. His espresso martinis are my favorite.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the location is perfect! And having Rishita welcoming us for breakfast every morning at the hostess stand with a warm smile and prompt service made our stay all the more pleasant.

We had a lovely time in the bar - John was great to chat to and he looked after us so well. We felt very comfortable and we would massively recommend him to look after any guest from any background. John was awesome to talk to.
