Location

This popular hotel is situated on High Street Kensington. Plenty of tourist attractions, like the Victoria and Albert Museum, Kensington Gardens as well as numerous shops and entertainment venues are all in the neighbourhood and there are links to the public transport network nearby enabling easier access to other areas of London.

Facility

The hotel has 833 rooms, including 7 suites and 687 double rooms, which are located on 12 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Beautiful hotel in the heart of Kensington. Rooms are immaculate and well kept. Beds are comfortable, ample bathroom space, and comfortable HVAC. Very good breakfast buffet with multiple food options.

The reception staff Emi and Iti were so attentive - when they learned we were celebrating special birthdays in addition to the room upgrade they arranged for a card and cake to be in our room!     A very big thanks you to the team here and to RIDA ,JAN,NAZLI, after arriving on two separate occasions the customer service I received was exactly as expected I was greeted warmly and was immediately aware that my booking and check in and stay would be handled with the upmost efficiency, on my first stay there was a problem with my room door (technical issue) I notified reception and was provided with a new room within minutes and informed if any other problems arose I knew exactly the procedure to follow.
