Was booked here by a company as the other hotel cancelled. I was supposed to stay 2 nights...barely made it through 1. Awful smell in room, dirty and unkempt. Pillows and mattresses were horrendous. This hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed in. Booked into the Travel lodge and world's apart. Its a shame as I like to support small hotels and family businesses but this was awful . I didn't sleep a wink. The only positive was the lovely girl on reception. She was courteous and very helpful.

Please guys be carefull before book this hotel …..staff terrible….manager rude…..room horrible….broken bed when i complaint manager said il change it for u tomarow because we short of staff.she has no manner at all.

Budget hotel ideal for tube and getting central London.

Budget hotel ideal for getting to central London on tube. Clean, comfortable and you can see the management are making improvements bit by bit....for instance, ensuite bathroom looked to have new basin, toilet and shower, tiling etc but towel rail and shelf over basin rusty. Bedroom looked to be have been recently decorated and fridge and microwave in room. Free parking as well. No complaints for what we paid. Plenty of eating places, pubs and shopping centre within 5 to 10 minutes walk, as is tube station

A awful hotel with no facility. I stayed for one night as a family. The room was dirty and the shower was not working. When complained about it then I was made fun of by the reception staff. I felt very insulted. But there was no one who can listen to me and i had to leave. Never stay again or recommend it.
