    Would leave zero stars if I could.Booked a room on a pay on arrival basis, hotel took the money out anyway without notifying me first which was a bit annoying.Cancelled the room due to a change in plans well within the cancellation terms, nearly 6 weeks later still waiting for a refund.

    We enjoyed our stay: friendly staff and we liked the spacious clean room with good facilities. Nice location!

    I made a reservation with an option of cancellation for free, which was soon after cancelled on my side due to a change of plans. The hotel was not supposed to charge me till later but they did it immediately after the booking anyways. I also had to pay extra fees to my bank for a charge in British pounds, as I was not planning to pay with this card but was going to use another one special for traveling with no fees. For three weeks now the hotel is withholding my funds. I sent already 10 messages and only get back lame excuses and formal answers. The amount is quite big and is therefore impacting my available funds due to a set limit. I never had such negative experience before and can only warn you to stay away from this property. If they handle cancellations and refunds this way, I imagine how poor is their level of service in general. There are plenty of much better options in London.

    Customer service absolutely appalling. Date booked and spent weeks trying to amend. They failed to respond to the booking.com request and then failed to deal with my messages. When they did respond, they attempted to charge double and then ignored me again when questioned. The booking has passed and I have lost the money, will not book with them again.
