    Due to a missed connection, British Airways put us in the Crowne Plaza for an evening. The staff was incredibly accommodating - helping us change rooms so that our family could be together. Special call out to Altaf and his staff - it was a life saver given our circumstances. The room was fantastic and we really enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend!
