    Fantastic panoramic bar on the roof and so close to terminal 2

    Right in the heart of the airfield, betwixt T2 and T3. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. There’s a bar on the roof with great panoramic views of the runways and aprons. And a 5 minute walk to check-inThis is a short review because my stay was short - arrived 9:00pm, left 4:45am. No time for much other than a couple of beers and a short sleep. But I got what I paid for and would stay again.

    Mystery of The Doubletree Heathrow?

    Tried to book this hotel recently but it seems to be Sold Out for months on end ,this can’t be true as very few hotels are sold out on the Hilton App and no other information on there.Has it now closed?Whats going on?Very confusing and disappointing as used to enjoy staying here?     For Hilton brand, their front desk staff, specifically Almas was absolutely terrible. They should retrain their staff on how to interact with clients in a professional manner. Plain rude! I suggest take your restaurant staff and move them to the front.     Death Trap. Disease Haven.

    The overhead HVAC unit was leaking water. The room smelled liked mildew and mold. Absolutely disgusting. Was sick for days after staying here. Not safe! Zero health standards. Zero cleanliness. A third world prison is probably safer and healthier. Never, never stay here.
