    Gul and David went out of their way at the front desk to ensure my whole experience was perfect, from checking in, to answering my queries, to providing me with an excellent experience, including valuing my loyalty and providing me with an upgrade with my being a valued gold member.I will definitely return to this hotel and would definitely recommend it to friends, family and work colleagues.Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

    Hotel was hard to get to, and storing our luggage was treated as a major inconvenience only for us to find later that day when we checked in the other luggage had been stored as well as lots of people using the same travel company had booked the same travel package as we had. Items were not refilled daily, only some items filled here and there. Beds were rather uncomfortable with a spring sticking into my side and the room blinds were broken. When checking in, advised that to get to mezzanine floor we had to get off at level 1 only to get to level 1 and discover we needed to drag our luggage up a staircase and when leaving we had to drag them back down again. Finally, on the morning we were checking out they were mopping the floor when everyone was coming down and the floor was so wet I slipped and fell on the tiles in the foyer. When I couldn’t get up due to the floor being so wet that I couldn’t gain a purchase, my travelling companion called for someone to come help which they reluctantly did after standing there watching me fall and not offering assistance. Would not stay here again. Also, our room looked over an alley where the rubbish was left and where staff sat to smoke. Not a very nice view, considering they advertise how good the views are. We are at the attached restaurant once for dinner, and the food had been reheated and was nearly inedible.

    Good hotel, nice located opposite Hyde Park and very handy few minutes walk to Central Line (Queensway). Reception staff (Gul) was very helpful and friendly at check in. Warm cookies are always a nice touch on arrival. Rooms are spacious and adequate for a few nights stay.

    I have been staying at the Hilton DoubleTree Hyde Park for the past year during my business trips, and I can honestly say it has been a fantastic experience for several reasons.First, the location is excellent, with easy access to multiple Tube stations and Hyde Park right across the road. The hotel itself is always clean, welcoming, and well maintained, with spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped rooms.However, the main reason I continue to stay here is the staff. From the moment I walk into the lobby, I am greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. As someone who travels frequently and often encounters airport staff who seem indifferent to the customer experience, it is incredibly refreshing to arrive somewhere that makes you feel truly valued and appreciated.Anything I need during my stay is always taken care of promptly, and the team consistently goes above and beyond expectations. I would particularly like to recognize Gul, King, Cian, Hannah, Alfiya (I hope I've spelled everyone's names correctly), the French concierge—who is always a pleasure to deal with—and the breakfast team, who are equally outstanding.You are all fantastic ambassadors for Hilton, and I hope you are proud of the exceptional service you provide.
