    Solid hotel choice London

    rating07 Jan 2025

Repeat stay after a few years. Hotel remains of high standard with good service and location. Definitely a good alternative to main brands in the city. Restaurant has a solid menu with good food and service. If you want to pamper yourself go with the premium room, king size bed, and ask for a street facing to avoid looking into the condo next door.

    Filthy dirty death trap

    rating31 Jan 2024

My partner & I booked this in 2022 mor 23 but only just got around to reviewing on this site as promised to the owners of this chain.Firstly Avoid this filthy dirty over priced death trap of a “ hotel “ My partner & I booked a 3 night stay a £700 so not cheap My partner arrived first to check I. As I was arriving an hour later & when I did found my partner still waiting to be checked and as he is in poor health not in a good state check in time was supposed to be 1500 & it was 1540 when I arrived At 1610 we eventually got to our room which was NOT as advertised in their brochures and was filthy dirty so I went downstairs to reception to see if we could get another room that was clean. However the our door keycard stopped working failed to activate the lifts so I had to run down many flights of stairs to reception & after waiting In was grudgingly allowed another room & keycards replaced However the new key cards failed to work the lifts do again back to reception No apologies just dismissiveFinally at 1730 we were in our new room which was nearly as filthy as the first but fed up & resigned we said we’d go again. & report to reception. I noticed something not right with the bathroom door and to my horror when I touched it it was off its runners & had I leaned on it would have fallen through if the sliding had not give way first & killed me. Going to dinner at 730 both our door keys failed yet again & so not fancying a 8 floor down hike I started to look for an emergency alarm but none found & then another couple arrived & we went with them. Went nuke at reception but dismissed with a wave.3 days In a horror hotel which should be called Faulty Towers I fired off an email to the franchise owners who could barely speak English & fobbed me off despite proof. After weeks I was given a paltry 200 points improved to 2000 for anther stay Stick your points How dare you treat us like this How dare you think we should except this Myself or my partner could have been injured or killed in that death trap filthy room you boasted was “ superior ( hate to see your standard room) So good people reading this truthful & accurate review. Take heed Avoid Go elsewhere Ok but don’t say you weren’t warned. Yes I have the correct hotel & sorry you were not warned sooner I’ve been making sure ever site in the planet is aware of this despicable place. For gods sake avoid it

Great hotel, funky atmosphere and fantastic value for money. Genaro at reception made me feel very welcome since the moment I stepped into the hotel. Friendly, professional and efficient, he provided a great service! I can only recommend the hotel.

Great stay thanks to the staff

    rating13 Jun 2022

Stayed for 8 nights from May to June 2022. Well located with a bus stop on the door and a tube station 300m/0.2mi away (Earl's Court). Good and hearty breakfast. The hotel itself is in need of refurbishment and the word around was that it will soon close to receive a complete makeover. If this is true, we hope every single staff member can keep their jobs during and after the makeover, because they are the heart and soul of this property. Every single one of them made our stay memorable, even if the room was a little rundown (not to their fault, but NH for letting the property go without proper maintenance). We have to leave a huge shoutout to Tina from front desk, hardest working person on the property, always with a smile on her face and ready to help. We hope to see everyone again very soon, after the remodeling is done. Thank you.
