  Convenient and pleasant hotel

  Breakfast was ample, with an OK range of hot and cold choices, but not extensive like other venues I’ve stayed at, with no cold meats and some pastries, fruit, hot and cold drinks and choice of some hot breakfast food options. I had the poached eggs with salmon and hollandaise sauce and avocado and poached eggs on sourdough - both lovely.Room was clean, tidy and modern. Window had soundproofed panes to reduce the traffic noise which was good. It could have done with blackout curtains in addition to the blind, to block out daylight when sleeping though. The air con was welcome and it was a good location, close to the Tube and bus routes within walking distance of central London too. The light switch was odd, as there were multiple controlling different lights in the room, where one either switched on the ceiling lights, or a bedside lamp, or,both, which was confusing to navigate. The way the en-suite was placed in the room was ingenuous and quirky. I liked how they managed to fit a large shower in, while keeping natural light into the room, and the shower was nice and hot and powerful. My only gripe was the small sink in the en-suite and smell from the drains. While clean and no complaints on the quality of the fittings, small things like having a soft close toilet seat and larger sink would help. I found the sink was barely usable as it was a tiny one used in downstairs toilets. Overall, however, I would stay again and felt the venue was in the better range of places I’ve stayed in for London. Staff were pleasant and courteous.

  Great 2 night stay, excellent value

  Got a great price for a 2 night stay on Super.com. Never tried this hotel before, but was looking for somewhere convenient to suit my plans. This is literally 3-4 minute walk from Eustion Station, and located directly above Euston Square Tube Station and at the main Intersection with Tottenham Court Road. Reading the reviews It was a bit mixed, however I was surprised how good It was for the price and met my needs. If you want 5 star luxury; then book a 5 star luxury hotel. My room was a windowless Double, turned out to be In the basement, good size room, very comfy double bed, Room had full newish working air con, and probably one of the best showers I've had In London. Slept like a log, no noise heard and surprisingly no noise from the Tube. Only booked room only as only need a base with bed and good shower, has a bar and restaurant, but no bar happy hours and I think it should be looked into to attract Interest, cocktails were good. If you want breakfasts, there are a couple of good greasy spoons withing 50 metres, we used Piccolo snack bar, all day breakfast inc 2 toast and tea was £6.90. Didn't eat In the hotel, If you want convenience, Drummond Street is just round the corner with an array of cheaper restaurants and the Crown and Anchor is just round the corner, that does good meals and drinks if you only want to stay local. Very handy for the pricier West End, Soho, Oxford St, etc and the tube station downstairs has great connections to meet all needs. Only criticism Is customer engagement/interaction could be Improved. I wanted to stay again in 2 months however, had a chat with them however they couldnt match where I normally stay so I've booked just down Tottenham Court Road again, shame really as I enjoyed the stay and would have stayed again If I could have got the same price again (customer loyalty and helps build repeat business) or If other hotel could have been price matched.   This hotel is in a great location, literally 5 minutes walk to Euston station, with two tube stops pretty much on your door step. The staff are friendly and approachable. The room is small, but it does the job if you’re there for a couple of nights and it was exceptionally clean and modern. The WiFi worked brilliantly if you’re needing it for work or just to sit and watch something at the end of the day. The aircon was great as well it was especially hot when we travelled.   One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I usually don’t leave reviews, whether my experience is good or bad, but this hotel truly deserves one. The location is perfect, the cleanliness is excellent, and all the staff are very professional , helpful and friendly, especially Merin. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.   Dirty. Needs a deep clean.

  Yes, the rooms are small but perfectly suitable for the short stay I needed for work, and it was in a good location with easy tube and rail access, the staff were nice, but I didn’t receive an iron in time before having to leave so would request this a day in advance rather than on the day to see if you get a better outcome. However, the room itself was dirty and hadn’t been dusted in a long time. While the breakfast was nice my experience was dampened by thinking that the whole place just needed a deep clean so it put me off. The back of the TV looked like it’s never seen a duster, there was dust and marks on the screen to the bathroom area which showed it hadn’t even attempted to be cleaned.
