  The accommodation was awful, dirty, and it had never been cleaned before my arrival. I have allergy issues, so staying in that place was impossible for me due to the dust and dust mites. I contacted the owner several times to have it cleaned, and someone eventually came the next evening. I’ve never had such a bad experience in a place. He barely replied, and when I later posted my review, he insulted me. I strongly advise against staying here! You’d be better off sleeping on the street.

  We booked the place, and saw the reviews after and then we got a little scared of the place, becase the reviews issnt that good, (bugs and other things)...We was told that the information about check, would be sent to us 48hr before arival but we did not get anything, i just wrote to them and got a quick answer with all the information, worked fine! We also booked a childs crib prior to our stay, but when we arrived at the place at 17:00 there was none.. We called them up, and 15 minutes later we got one brought to our apartment, with a high chair too, excellent and fast service!The apartment was nice and clean, good smelling and NO BUGS! we was really worried abot that, because we saw the reviews but there really was nothing in that sort.. The lift did not work when we was there the first 2 days, but was fixed when we was there.All in all, we had a REALLY GOOD STAY with a really nice location!

  Relocated last minute

  Relocated me last minute after i booked 6 months in advance! Made up story of "emergency maintenance issue", its ckear from other reviews this is what they do. Stuck me in a room directly next door to Iranian embassy...protests every day and 24/7 armed police outside the apartment. Nit nice at all. Really dissapointed in the poor communication and the last minute relocation to a far worse location. Sadly for all the above I cannot recommend, shame as the room is satisfactory.

  🎈BEWARE 🎈BEDBUGS 🎈BEDBUGS 🎈BEDBUGS. 🎈BED BUGS! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DON'T stay here if you want to stay healthy. Service from their central office is poor they do everything to avoid solving any problems. The pictures make the place look bigger than it is, in apartment 10, your suitcases can not stay in the room. The way it was initially set up, i couldn't even fit into the room, and I'm not a BIG person. The bed was moved around, so that made more room. I thought all was fine and never complained again. However, i had been reacting to something so serious itching and spots started appearing on me. NAAAAAAH! I thought I was allergic to something, and I had no idea it was bugs. I even wrote a previous review, giving them a 3 over 5 because I hadn't found the bugs by then. I am disgusted and feeling paranoid they have followed me out of that nasty place. Would i stay again? NEVER not even for free. Location is good for shopping, but with bedbugs, it is not worth the pain. The day before I was to leave, I found what had been biting me. How do I pay to get I jured and I read another review today, the person also apparently had same complaint. I have spots all over my arms, some on my feet and legs. The place looks clean because the cleaner works hard, but don't be deceived there are BED BUGS!!!!!!!! I have a video which I have sent to them so they fumigate that place before hurting someone else.They are refusing to refund me after leaving me with scares and having to buy things to treat myself for the itching. 🎈BE WARNED 🎈I have reported them to the county and looking at othet options.

  Relocated literally the last minute, after had booked 4 months ago and paid.

  Looking for a decent, honest deal for your vacation? You can really do better. We were relocated literally the last minute , after we had paid and booked 4 months earlier. There was nobody to talk with in person or telephone when we arrived to check in with two little kids waiting in the street for two hours. Then, they sent us a cab on our demand of course, and as if it was the most natural thing to do, the took us to a whole different accommodation in a whole different building, in a whole different area. As if we had not booked and paid for a particular appartment, as if we did not care how we spend our money and plan our trip. Finally, after three ours we got to speak to someone who thought he was a professional, amd he was maybe the owner, who said that he could give us the CHOICE to stay in the other appartment in the other area, or live if we did not want to with full refund. He said he did not care about anything else and ...sorry (not). He was rude and cheeky the whole time. Because we barked at him he let us stay overnight until we got to find something else to stay in peace. In addition to all that, the appartment was dirty, with food residues from the previous clients, and most importantly with one less bed, and far from the are we wanted and had paid for.I would stay away...
