Location

The attractive apartment complex is located on Cromwell Road, one of the most important access roads to London and to Heathrow airport. Public transport departs from stops located just 100 m away and a good selection of bars, pubs and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. Those who fancy a spot of shopping should head for South Kensington, Kensington High Street or the famous shopping districts of Knightsbridge and Chelsea. Located nearby are Kensington Palace, the Natural History Museum and the Science Museum as well as the Royal Albert Hall. Hyde Park is also just a short walk away.

Facility

The holiday apartments were built in 1850. The apartment complex has 106 suites and 106 apartments, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the complex include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a selection of sport and entertainment options. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the complex, including a gym and aerobics.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day.

    What a fantastic place to stay. It was a great location for our first time in London. Having a stove, microwave, fridge and washer (clothes horse also provided) in the room with all utensils/crockery/cookware provided what else could you ask for. We did have the breakfast each morning of our stay which had everything you need to fill up before heading out to explore each day. We had the Executive room, which had a bedroom (which my son claimed as his for the trip) with a queen sized high bed in it along with a large wardrobe and tv, great sized bathroom, living room and kitchen in the one space. I slept on the sofa bed in the living room, I found it to be comfortable and warm. All staff we interacted with were loving and helpful. We when eventually go back to London we would easily stay here again.

    Disappointing lack of compassion

    We booked a 5 night stay for 2 couples at this location and did the pre-pay option which did not allow cancellation. My wife had an emergency surgery situation with a recovery time which would not allow her to travel. We merely asked for the opportunity to rebook at a later date and several requests and explanations were met with refusal. No consideration for emergency circumstances was given and we were basically refused any consideration. Several thousand USD have been forfeited without any possible remedy. Every person with whom I interacted gave me the excuse that it was their "policy" and they were unwilling to deviate...regardless of circumstances. This despite my membership in the Fraser World Loyalty Program. This is a cautionary tale. Avoid Fraser Suites. There are better options with more hospitable management.     This hotel was in a great location! One of the front desk staff, Nira, helped us get an upgrade to our room! All the staff were very pleasant and helpful!     We were celebrating my mums 60th birthday at Frasers, and it was the best experience ever. The team truly went the extra mile to make this special occasion unforgettable. They kindly organised a cake and wine for us, along with cards and balloons, which was such a lovely touch. All the staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming. A special shout-out to Irish, Muhammed, Nira, and Eva from the breakfast team for their excellent service. Highly reccomended! The hotel is also in a fantastic location, close to the Natural History Museum, Hyde Park, the VandA Museum, and very well connected by public transport.     Thank you Fraser Suites Queens Gate, I had a very wonderful stay with you, the housekeeping team was excellent, always keeping my room clean, fresh and tidy every alternate day. The front desk staffs were polite, and helpful, they knew I will be staying long and needed to wash my clothes often, they gave me a room with washing machine. Perfect!
