    The good Hotel is an ex prison barge. The rooms are small and have no soundproofing. Company booked the room. Bed is comfortable, they provide ear plugs, but expect to be joining in with whatever your neighbours are doing. No TV, or fridge. Planes at city airport start at 6:30am. More of a hostel experience.

    The hotel staff and concept of the hotel was most redeeming and excellent. Everyone working for the hotel were exceptional and my opening experience was with Kieran and Raluca and closing with Randa. There were many others too. The social impact values were embedded throughout the hotel. Stunning location and area. The rooms felt very basic and very small compared to the lobby area. It felt in the room quite claustrophobic.

    Was amazing, they upgraded our room free of charge! My mum loved her birthday, this was the first time she’s been to London and loved it so had been very memorable. Thank you for all the kindness on arrival and for the easy check out, it was very convenient and just a nice thing to do, as we were in a rush and had a lot of bags!     Great for O2 arena, amazing staff

    A gorgeous hotel with even better staff. From the minute we walking through the door, we knew we had picked well. The girls on reception (Zara and Nanki) were so kind, friendly and helpful. We needed to get to Emirates stadium that evening and they helped with a route. When we returned to our room, they had provided a printed map with direction alongside some complementary prosecco and flutes. They really did make our trip so special - they are an asset to the hotel.Location - gorgeous and right on the river. 10 minute walk to the tube station and you could actually see the O2 arena from our room. Breakfast - delicious. Great selection of granolas, yogurts, fresh fruits and cooked breakfast. Again, great views over the river from the restaurant.All in all, would not hesitate to stay there again, especially if seeing a show at the O2.
