    Very terrible behaviour from the Indian woman guest manager whose name begins with a G. I escalated her behaviour to management and nothing was done. She was very rude and I would never recommend anyone go to this hotel. I used to go often but after this experience I would never. It’s a shame how service workers look down on people and speak to them rudely.     I almost gave up on this visit. I don't know the area and the hotel is at the edge of a weird one way system. There is building work going on so there are hoardings around which obscured the hotel and all the lights on the sign are missing other than the H so I drove around three times before finally finding it and parking in the secure car park opposite. Once inside the check in was pleasant and the room a typical Hampton, functional but everything covered. Breakfast was the same with a functional but uninspired selection of food. The nearby area seemed decent enough with plenty of restaurants around. The hotel was clean and quiet.
