    My was to attend ICAN UK 13th Annual Conference holding at Novotel London West, Hammersmith.     We first checked in at Hammersmith’s’ on 02/03 26. Never experienced a hotel establishment without the traditional reception desk which was rather surprising.All staffs were most accommodating, polite, welcoming & engaging .No request was any bother. Clean, neat & tidy also uncomplicated. No hesitation in recommending to others.Should not be compared however with other establishments.Simply judge it on its merits. Roy & Angela fr.
