    Good London hotel

    We stayed one night in a standard double room. Greeted by a friendly receptionist and our room was on the first floor. The room was not big but had all the essentials including complimentary bottled water and tea/coffee making equipment.The bathroom was quite compacted but adequate for washing and showering. Only thing was the 4ft wide double bed felted cramped for two adults.The continental breakfast provided was very good and was part of the room rate, which for London was a good deal.There’s also a decent pub on the corner of the road The Blackbird (Fullers). Food there was decent.

    The room was tiny, and the air conditioning—despite being advertised at the entrance—did not work. The bathroom was so small you couldn’t move without bumping into something. No water pressure in the shower, and the hairdryer didn’t work! Once out of the shower, the room felt like a steam room.Breakfast was mediocre, and the staff in charge were extremely noisy: loud personal conversations, clattering dishes, dragging their feet… The atmosphere was anything but pleasant.The reception wasn’t any better—the woman at the front desk sighed when asked a question and showed no friendliness whatsoever.In short, an experience I absolutely do not recommend. This establishment clearly needs a serious rethink—both in terms of comfort and the professionalism and attitude of the staff.

    When there are so many hotels, big and little in the Earl’s Court area, why choose this one? While the staff were friendly enough, the room is shockingly small. The shower water pressure is low to bordering on unusable. The shower itself was tiny. You have to open the door and get out to pick up anything you drop. You cannot adjust the shower stream- so plan to wash your hair since it will be wet. The room was the very smallest I have experienced. But the thing that drove us to leave after an hour was the “air conditioning”. It is the first thing they say online and it was useless. Like a sauna. Save yourself the discomfort and anxiety and book elsewhere.

    Staff friendly, location good. Bed comfortable. But...Room very small. No way fits two people with bags.Bathroom size of a plane. Door only opens half way due to.small sink. No water pressure in shower.Will not stay here again despite the fair price. Completely uncomfortable 6 night stay.

    This hotel bait and switched us. We made a mistake with our reservation and within 1 hour cancelled our refundable room to find out we somehow booked a non refundable room and they refused to refund our money. We are out 600 dollars and out trip wasn’t until June! Terrible customer service, horrible business practices. Do Not Book Here!
