Location

The hotel enjoys an ideal location for both business travellers and tourists, in one of the newest commercial districts in London, which is fast becoming a popular shopping destination and is accessible by river-taxi from central London. The centre of Canary Wharf is only around 100 m away, with restaurants, bars and shopping amenities about 300 m away. The underground station Canary Wharf is around 600 m from the hotel, the nearest regional railway station is around 1 km away and it is 2.5 km to the tourist centre of London. London's City Airport is 6 km away, Heathrow is around 33 km away, Stansted 55 km, Gatwick 73 km and Luton Airport is about 77 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 14-storey building with a lift and 282 non-smoking rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, basketball and horse riding. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing, jet skiing and sailing. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, billiards, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a steam bath. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    As always - a wonderful stay, made especially so by the staff. Big call out to Front of House Team Members, Thilan and Shaima who made our visit so fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure we had a first class experience.     Great service - a new default

    For years my default hotel in London has been the Radisson in Canary Wharf. However, over the last 12 months things have really gone downhill and so I’ve been looking for a new ‘regular’. We stayed at the Hilton around Halloween last year and were impressed and so when we wanted to spend a long weekend in town last week, we booked again. The experience was excellent. Booking was easy, and when we arrived the service was excellent. From the front desk to mealtimes. The family room was spacious and comfortable and the staff had laid out some very nice touches for us. The snacks and the soft toys for our boys were appreciated. When we needed help with cleaning we were put up in a lounge while it was done (thanks Ellie) and staff checked in with us regularly to see that we were ok. We do love a proper hotel breakfast - the Hilton does a really good one. There’s a good selection and plenty of it. If I had a moan, it is that the Hilton is usually more expensive than other local hotels. However, this time I can’t complain. We had a lovely stay and we’ll be back.
