    From the reception staff to the concierge were extremely helpful. The King room was extremely comfortable and a great place to stay. Very clean And the hotel facilities were great.

    We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. The entire staff was very welcoming and professional. We especially want to give a shout out to the doorman Daniel. He was extremely friendly and helped us out a lot with storing our luggage and recommending restaurants. He is a great asset to your hotel. Tricia Kneller

    Location worked well, the hotel was pristine appearing to be newly renovated and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed both the champagne on arrival and sweet table. The swimming pool is a reasonable size and was quiet when we tried it. The only minor issue was being woken up early by bright sunlight pouring in around the edge of the blackout curtains.     I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hilton Bankside London! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and genuinely made me feel welcome. They made our room with Fox stuffed toy for my daughter. The executive Lounge access was seamless, food and drinks were amazing! Pool was one of a kind, with shower and great amenities.A huge thank you to Donte and Rodrigo, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to share great local tips. One of the best recommendations they gave me was introducing me to the BOLT app, which helped me save a lot of money getting around London. It’s those little personal touches and thoughtful suggestions that really make a difference when you’re visiting a city.The team at Oxbo was also consistently outstanding. Every interaction was professional, attentive, and delivered with a smile. The staff there were always on point and made every dining experience enjoyable.As for the room, simply magnificent!
