This comfortable hotel is directly linked via walkway to Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 and offers a free shuttle bus to Terminal 5. Terminals 1, 2 and 3 can be accessed by taking the London Underground train directly from Terminal 4.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 5 suites and 395 double rooms located in two 6-storey buildings with lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. The pool complex includes both indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours.     Would stay here again. We were allowed to check in early in the day which was very helpful. Had a lovely, relaxing lunch in the cafe. Our server, Ayesha, was both welcoming and helpful.     So much more than an Airport Hotel

    So much more than an airport hotelWhat a superb Hilton! Whilst very convenient for all terminals, some requiring a bus or train ride, this is an above average Hilton that just happens to be close to Heathrow. There is a garden where the hotel grows its own vegetables, plus bee hives whose delicious honey you can enjoy when dining. The atrium has a glass front over looking the garden which floods the hotel with light, but the sound proofing is excellent with no echoes or aircraft noise. The Reception is excellent. Pre-stay all enquiries made over the in-app where answered promptly, solutions proposed and the tone was friendly and welcoming. Check-in was similarly completed quickly, which was welcome after a long travel day. Our room was comfortable with ample storage space. Not necessarily essential for a one night stay, but if you choose to stay for longer, it is a huge bonus over most London hotels. There is a large shower within a fair sized bathroom. A huge positive is the superb housekeeping standards. Our room was cleaned early each day to a very high standard. We had access to the Executive Lounge which was comfortable with a fair selection of drinks and snacks during the day. Evening snacks were very tasty and plentiful and whilst the range of alcoholic drinks is limited, it covers most tastes. It is a good lounge for the location and should not be confused with the lounge offering in a more traditional holiday Hilton. The lounge is not staffed, however the evening host was charming.A highlight has to be the breakfast service. What an amazing, friendly, efficient and incredible team. We often skip a hotel breakfast, but the depth and quality of the offering was outstanding. It is clearly an important service for the Hotel as both the Executive and Executive Sous Chef monitor quality. This attention to detail is welcome and enhances a stay. A huge thank you to breakfast chefs Victoria and Gloria who both made incredible omelettes, probably the best breakfast omelettes I have enjoyed and despite being very busy found the time to be welcoming and ensuring we were having a great stay. The service team is world class. Merica, Sumara, Ayesha, Natalia, Kuldeep and Jajinger Singh were very attentive and friendly and made breakfast a highlight. Merica and Sumara deserve just a little more praise as they looked after so well. The management team is visible, rather a rarity in my experience, and are clearly working with their team. The General Manager is engaging with his staff and guests and in a brief conversation, is clearly proud of the operation and his team. In summary, this is our London hotel of choice. The journey into London is no obstacle for us and local bus services allow you to visit so many other parts of London and surrounding areas. I repeat, this is not a traditional airport hotel and should be considered as an excellent alternative to taking cases all the way into central London to stay at lesser quality hotels.
