  Comfortable Stay

  Stayed here for two nights in a twin room and had a very pleasant stay overall. The lobby area is lovely, with comfortable seating, water stations, luggage storage and vending machines. All of the staff we encountered were professional, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.Our room was comfortable and quiet, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The blackout curtains worked very well, the shower was good, and breakfast was excellent each morning with plenty of choice and everything kept well stocked.The only minor downsides were that the room felt a little dated compared to the rest of the hotel, and the layout of the corridors on the fifth floor was quite confusing. We eventually found a shortcut to our room that wasn't clearly signposted. We also would have appreciated bedside plug sockets and a TV positioned slightly better for viewing from both beds.Overall, a very enjoyable stay with excellent staff and breakfast, and we would happily stay again.   Very Suitable Hotel in Kensington

  Hotel is old but very suitable for our needs. Restaurant has great pizza and cold beer. The shower is weird and only has a half piece of glass between you and the bathroom so the bathroom floor was always soaked. We actually found it pretty amusing. Room was spacious and quiet. No problem with staff. Breakfast was great on Sunday but lacked the rest of the week...almost like they kept putting out leftovers from the day before. I would stay again because the price for London is absolutely delightful!   Appalling in every way possible

  Absolutely appalling! Don’t book with Hilton honours or in advance the stay was £50 a night cheaper if you booked on the day! When this was told to staff they offered an upgrade and then proceeded to give me the same room I had booked! The bed was horrible squeaked with every movement and when I told the staff and they look was told there is nothing wrong with it!   Great location but could do with some TLC.

  We had booked three rooms at this hotel for a weekend. Unfortunately we had to change two rooms due to a water leak in one and faulty air conditioning in another. I must say that the staff dealt with this quickly and efficiently. Overall it felt like the hotel rooms could do with a little TLC but I still feel like we got value for money for a London hotel room. Service from the staff was excellent!The location was excellent for us with easy access to the trains at Olympia and the underground at High Street Kensington. This area was also good for food and drink, with plenty of options along Kensington High Street.The breakfast at this hotel was excellent. There were plenty of options for us and even felt that our gluten free diet was well catered for.We loved the lego activity in the foyer- a really nice touch for children and the young at heart.   A convenient location in need of some TLC

  We booked three rooms and two had to be changed due to a water leak in one and a faulty air conditioning in another. I must say that the staff were excellent and dealt with these issues quickly and efficiently. I felt that one the whole, the hotel was starting to feel a little tired and in need of a makeover. I still felt that we got value for money in a London hotel.The location was excellent for us with easy access to the train station at Olympia or the tube station at High Street Kensington. The were also plenty of options for food and drink along Kensington High Street.The breakfast at this hotel was excellent and there were plenty of options for our group which included someone who needed a gluten free diet.We loved the lego activity in the foyer- what a lovely idea to keep children and the young at heart occupied.
