    Khairunnesa in the breakfast buffet was amazing! She got our kids hot chocolate every morning and made sure they were having a good time.We did have an issue with them putting us in the wrong room the first night, but they corrected it.     Terrific service from check-in through check-out. Rooms are well appointed and renovated. Excellent mattress & pillows. Very nice bathroom, but could have used more storage space. Large closet for a hotel & good working desk area. The Carriages restaurant is excellent. Nice ambience even though it’s open to the lobby. Fish & chips were so good as well as the chicken tikka Marsala. Kevin in the restaurant checks on you often to make sure you are doing well. We had a relaxing stay.     Myself and my family stayed in the above hotel for 10 nights between 3rd June and 13th June, 2026. Hotel is next door to paddington and nearby there are lot of restaurants, shops etc., Oxford street is 15 minutes by walk and Hyde Park is less than 10 minutes by walk. London hop on hop off bus stop is less than 100 Meters from the hotel. People were nice and friendly. Breakfast variety was very good and my family enjoyed it.     Best location and easy access to station. Front office team is really helpful. Special thanks to Gulcine, Dhruvi Avelino and Manager Mr.Achila. Housekeeping needs to improve a bit as floors are not that well maintained. No hotwater mostof the time and lot of imrovment needs on maintaining the room, AC grill is not cleaned and water presure is not that good in the shower. Breakfast is great and Ms Nema is friendly and helpful. Rates are expencive.
