    Excellent 2 night stay thanks to lovely, attentive and professional hotel staff

    My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights from Friday June 5th to Sunday June 7th - I believe the hotel recently underwent a refurbishment; the location was ideal for us as it is near to where our children live in West London, the double room was very clean and bed comfortable and roomy enough bathroom; breakfast at the hotel was very good with cooked food, pastries and cereals & good coffee, however the standout were/are the staff who were very friendly, professional and extremely attentive and I can't sing their praises enough especially the young female staff member who brought out some fried eggs to us having remembered that I had mentioned it the previous day - I was really impressed with this approach to customer service that you rarely see today. I do certainly recommend this hotel and the lovely staff who work there.
