    No frills stay for concert

    We stayed here for a concert at the O2. Well located about a 15-20min walk. We stayed for one night and it was fine. The room is basic, bathroom is functional but dated. The room had a ridiculous small 'wardrobe' and weird hooks on the wall that looked like it was for rock climbing. Basic bathroom amenities in included (dove products). Room has tea and coffee making facilities. The room was clean. We slept well. With it being on a roundabout we could hear traffic but didn't hear other guests. Breakfast was a standard buffet, not high quality items but okay and I noticed they had a sign saying they could substitute items for dietary needs. Since it's near the O2 they increase the price a lot for what it is. We would stay here again if going to the O2.     Great for the O2

    Pre-booked last minute room due to attending show at the O2 Arena. After the show, its about a 10-15 straight road walk to get to. Easy to check in, Wayne was very helpful, we didn't arrive until 11.45pm very tried and he booked us in quickly. Room was clean, had everything we needed, beds were very comfy. Breakfast wasn't the best, but tbh we weren't that bothered.Only negative for this place was, only 1 lift was working, its incredibly slow and small, be prepared to watch doors open and you can't get in and need to wait...or use stairs.Would I stay here again? After a show at O2, 100% I would.For any other reason to be in London, probably not.     Nice easy check in, we stayed one night to attend an event at the O2 Arena which is an approx 13 minute steady paced walk. Great location. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was okay, carpet looked a bit worse for wear. The breakfast was the usual - not too much choice but ample. Would book again as convenient for events.     Great night's stay

    We stayed here for one night and will definitely be back. The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was perfect for what we needed. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and tidy and we like the little extras like tissues which are always handy. Breakfast was great. It does get very busy though towards the later part of the morning, but the staff worked so well it went very smoothly.
