This pleasant hotel is located close to Luton Airport. It can be reached easily by taxi or by the regular local bus service. The airport car park lies directly opposite the hotel.

The hotel has 147 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Added 12.5% service charge in resturant appently its on the menu in very small print somewhere so dont bother tipping what ever happened to choose if u tip or not.

    We chose this hotel as it was only 10 minutes from the airport and we had an early flight. We arrived at the airport by train used the Twilight Check-in so we didn’t have to take our cases to the hotel. This definitely helps.Check-in was friendly and very quick. We had a ground floor room which was clean and perfectly adequate. Our only gripe was the room was hot and it wasn’t obvious how to lower the temperature or turn it off.The free breakfast is advertised as opening at 4am but actually opens at 3am.     It’s the staff that made this stay great.

    The welcome at reception, the service at the bar, the request for extra pillows being no problem. Perfect. Room was fab too. Clean and comfortable. A Cpl of minor niggles. No vanity mirror for her indoors. Shower pressure inadequate. Really though, the rest made up for it. Thank you to the team who made our overnighter great.     Over Priced processed menu!

    Over priced Menu. When you see a 8oz ribeye steak on the Menu for £30.00, half a roast chicken for £22.00 you can see Holiday Inn see profit over customers.. just because you are right next to the airport and there’s no other option they over charge for mediocre food! If it was freshly produced and not bid food/3663 products I may understand. How can young families afford these prices it’s a rip off!
