  Very friendly and helpful staff, however, what a good breakfast! Powdered eggs, bacon and sausages... together with coffee and milk and little more were brilliant. we went to this hotel just before we catch the train back to Sheffield just to stay for overnight after a long flight back to Gatwick from Barcelona and the staff did a good job finding the right room for us. About the room, it is so comfortable! Small bed for a couple, old tough pillows, two emergency lights on the ceiling impossible to turn off.

  We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights with my husband. Room was not that clean when we checked in, also during to our accommodation. We asked about some amenities like slippers and they didn't provide. Breakfast was poor. Just 2-3 options. They should think that, guests are not only from England,so they should put some more food, just basic food. Last thing 2 ladies from the reception were amazing (we met just them) unfortunately don't asked their names but they were both blonde, one short hair the other long hair. We probably won't go back.   We spent one week at this hotel in Oct. 2025 and everything was great. The hotel is located in a beautiful oasis with skyscraper buildings. There's North Acton tube station zone 2 next to the hotel with easy access to central London. Also there's a Costa Coffee and Tesco Express just across the street. The room was big enough with everyday cleaning. It was facing the railway but there was no problem with the noise as we kept the window closed. We had air con which we used for warming the room which was excellent. The breakfast was excellent serving full English breakfast, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cereals, croissants, cakes, juice, yogurt, everything you need to kick start the day. The hotel door is closed to prevent people from entering and using the premises so you have to use your own hotel key to gain access, which is great. There were two or three food street shops just at the corner of the hotel with a good choice of food (falafel wrap was soo tasty). The receptionist was great as well willing to serve us some breakfast at 5am, the morning we left the hotel. I would definitely go back there!!

  Immediately from check in was treated as you would get in a 5* hotel. Incredible staff and very knowledgeable. Cannot do enough to help you. Rooms spotlessly clean, beds exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast pretty good too.Overall nothing to be complained about. If an express can get it this right then higher class chains within IHG group have no excuse. Will definitely return
