    Good hotel, fair breakfast.

    This hotel is clean, has friendly staff and does an ok breakfast. It's not a great breakfast but is ok. I stay in a few hotels every year, I tend to favour those who take more care of a good solid full English.Some things are a little dated, my shower was ok but difficult to adjust the shower head.The location was good for Excel Centre and there are good views a short walk away. The views are of the O2 arena and the docklands skyscrapers. It is a ten minute walk to the cable car entrance.I like it here and would stay again.

    Awful don't book!

    Awful experience. When I arrived for check in, they said the rooms weren't ready and I had to sit in the bar for an hour. When they told me my room was ready, I went up to it, to find a man still cleaning inside!!! I was late for a work meeting. Then, in the morning, there was loud drilling sounds which woke me up!I then wanted to speak to someone about it, and they dismissed me. Awful!!!
