Location

The hotel is ideally located for anyone travelling to London via Gatwick or Heathrow airports. The closest coach station is London Victoria.     Lovely hotel in a great position to visit London attractions. Near Pimlico tube station and on the no. 24 bus route. Most important is the excellent and kind service that we received from the reception staff, especially, Catalin, and the General Manager, Anna. The rooms have all facilities you need, including hair drier, iron and ironing board. Good shower and our room had a window that we could open which is always a bonus. I would definitely recommend staying there.     Great value for money, clean hotel breakfast nice, but what made breakfast special was Rima’s lovely friendly personality. What I liked was if you forgot to pack any toiletries they are will to supply them to you free of charge. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, staff so friendly.     Good but could be better

    This hotel was small and compact but very clean. Every member of staff we met were helpful and friendly and they even looked after our bags when we checked out. The problem we had was with the room, we were in room no 407 a twin and there was absolutely no room to store anything. We had five coat hangers hanging over the top of one of the beds bedside shelves of which there were two but that was it. We were there for two nights and any longer would have struggled as we lived out of the suitcase. The shower head would also not tighten up on the pole so slid to the bottom every time we used it. I realise these are small things but they would have made our stay a lot better. Couldn’t complain about anything else, breakfast was plentiful and everywhere was clean.     So many positives from friendly check in to the breakfast welcome. The bed was comfy and the linen high quality. The whole hotel was spotless. The room was tiny but that didn’t matter and there was no noise from outside. I would certainly stay here again.     Stopped here for work. Stayed in a "basement" room. The carpet was filthy. I'd have been embarrassed to put it in a skip. The air con didn't work, so they said they'd fetch a fan. An hour later they hadn't, so I reminded them as I passed reception to go out. It never came. The window rattled with every car passing, which was every 30 seconds. I would say I was woken by the breakfast room getting loudly arranged at 6am, but I'd been awake since 3am. A work colleague got someone come in to his adjoining room at 3am and put the TV on at full blast (the walls are thin and you hear every footstep above you). He banged on the wall then went to reception to complain to the receptionist who was asleep. At 4am he had to complain again as they'd done absolutely nothing. The breakfast was terrible. Bland sausage, seemingly broiled bacon, scrambled eggs with no taste, and extremely limited choice of sweet "treats". The one saving grace is a cheap bar. I stay in hotels in England and abroad easily 100+ days a year.
