    Thank you to all the staff at Holiday inn Brentford lock for making my birthday weekend extra special.I stayed in a canal view room which has a lovely view and if you like plane spotting is highly recommended. ( you can not really here the planesIn the room ). The room was very clean and had a safe and fridge in .The staff are warm and welcoming and go out of their way to make everyone’s stay extra special.At breakfast the gentleman that takes your room number, and seats you is very welcoming in and goes that extra mile by letting everyone know that there is alternatives if required for your breakfast and they will try to accommodate everyone.( exceptional customer service )Good location if you do not want to stay in the centre of London. As the train line is just a 14 minute walk from the hotel, which takes you straight into Waterloo train station.All I can say is a huge thank you and I can not wait to come again. I will definitely be booking the canal view room.Rooms

    I use this place around five times a month and as a location for my base in Isleworth it is perfect. Set at the side of Brentford lock it is lovely when the sun shines to sit on the terrace on the side. Rooms are decent and worth upgrading to get a lock side view with a balcony. Car parking is easy albeit pricy and the breakfast is of good quality and much better than the evening meals which are ok but basic. Overall decent place

    We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Brentford Lock in a King Room with a balcony view, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from start to finish.The air conditioning was extremely temperamental and didn’t work around 90% of the time, which made the room quite uncomfortable.We also ordered room service, which came to £88.00 for two starters, two burgers and chips, two desserts, and two pints of Pepsi. Sadly, everything arrived cold. The nachos were stale, and overall the food quality was poor. The only positive was the ice-cold Pepsi.The room itself had several issues. There was some kind of debris left on the balcony floor, likely from maintenance, and the balcony light didn’t work. Inside the room, the problems continued — the coffee machine was broken, and the hairdryer didn’t work either. To make matters worse, we found what appeared to be dried blood on the duvet, despite neither of us having any injuries.Overall, this stay fell well below expectations, and we’ll definitely be choosing a different hotel next time.     The location and venue are stunning. The staff, especially Daniel at the hospitality desk were great. I stayed in room 222 which was a lovely room and the only small criticism was the view outside of the window.Daniel did try to relocate us, however the venue was fully booked He offered us drinks tokens as a way of apologising on behalf of the hotel great customer service The location is right by the canal. Very clean rooms and great food especially the steak.
