    I have visited this hotel many many times and it NEVER disappoints. The staff are ALWAYS friendly.From Philip on reception to Samantha in the restaurant/bar area. Samantha is truly fantastic. She took the time to chat with me and that was much appreciated.

    I stay at the Holiday Inn regularly in Fitzrovia.The hotel is clean and well run.The staff are friendly and helpful.I would make special mention of Samantha who works in the bar. She is an excellent staff member. Attentive, helpful and responsive. She does everything with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. A real asset to the hotel and business.

    Let’s start with the positive. The staff were really good, very attentive. Samantha served my food and drinks in the bar and she was awesome. The food I had that Samantha recommended was really nice which I was a little surprised by, but yeah, It was lovely. The hotel itself however and the room plus the crazy cost, that’s not entirely reflected in the ratings, that’s mainly for the staff.

    Front office staffs are very friendly and helpful. And so is the Restaurant Manager Mr.Karan is such a wonderful and helpful guy 😍🫶
