    Perfect hotel at the heart of the West end

    Stayed there for 3 nighty on a business trip. the hotel is at Leicester square right in the middle of everything important in central london. Very good tube connections, hundreds of restaurant at every price point and China town is just adjacent. The staff welcomed me and upgraded my room. the room is in a very good condition, very clean and the Air conditioner worked flawlessly. The restaurant at the top floor serve very good breakfeast and in the evening is a lively bar. noise can be an issue from outside but that's the price you pay to be in the middle of the west end and everything, but after midnight it calms down. I highly recommend it for anyone coming to London for sighseeing and tourist attractions.     Loud and mediocre hotel. Not worth it.

    A very mediocre hotel to say the least. Reception staff was pretty unfriendly and unhelpful at check in. Was was decent but location is on top of a busy square so it was very loud in the room. Restaurant on the roof has great views but breakfast was terrible. Overall not worth the money at all.     Avoid this place!!!

    The worst hotel experience ever — avoid this place!If you’re considering staying here — don’t. Every time we walked past the front desk, there was someone complaining about something. The manager, Hash, was completely unprofessional and ineffective — not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. They say fish rots from the head!!!The location was unsafe, noisy, and so unpleasant that on our very first day we asked whether we could be moved to another hotel within their chain. We booked a premium room and, as a Diamond member, were promised an upgraded room on a higher floor with balcony. We were told to pack, check out, and check back in — only to find out the room wasn’t available. This happened twice, forcing us to repeatedly pack and unpack. We were on the edge and requested a refund so we could move to another hotel. Denied. The fridge in our room also didn’t work, despite me having medication that required refrigeration. They claimed it was fixed, but it stopped working again, likely ruining expensive medication.Cherry on top: on checkout day they refused to store our bags unless we paid an extra fee. Completely unacceptable service and extremely poor management.     I will never stay in this hotel again

    The worst thing your money could buy. Bad service, bad hospitality, and bad food. You have to ask for the basic amenities that should be available in zero-star hotels, and to your surprise they don’t afford it to you.The only good thing about this hotel is location.     Extremely small room and mostly bored staff

    We booked a double room. The room we were given was extraordinary small for 2 people. There was a 6” gap down the right side of the bed to walk down. The bathroom was small. Really not big enough for two people and very disappointing. The bar staff were quite friendly. The restaurant staff in the morning were fairly uninterested in serving the customers, with the exception of one lady who was very helpful and proactive (Indian lady - didn’t get her name unfortunately, but she was very good) The reception staff were worse. Gave the impression of being completely bored out of their minds! We won’t be going back!
