  Very basic twin room. Clean. On the smaller size of average and looking at their pictures on their website, not their best - very deceiving. No view from window except a large ventilation pipe. It was quite a hot day and so the room was very hot at night. No air con but there was a fan in the room which we left on all night. Opening the small window was not beneficial due to the traffic nose leading into Kensington. Bathroom had a good working shower and amenities. Breakfast was ok. Boiled egg, toast, cereal, tea and juice. Service was generally good. Well positioned for walking to Albert Hall and Kensington. I would not go there again.

  Just fine if a room is all you want

  I thought it was just fine - the room was small and the facilities limited but if you just want a room to stay in while visiting London then this is absolutely fine. Breakfast was ok. The room was very warm it must be said - hard to sleep but once asleep it was fine.

  We stayed here after having yo leave our other hotel in the middle of the night.Welcomed amd made to feel comfortable Spotlessly clean and comfortable roomGreat shower Lift to all floorsBreakfast included in the price Will definitely book here again

  Hotel is very clean, well presented and welcoming. I spoke to three members of staff and they were fantastic. I stayed in room 12. Small room but very cosy. Had everything I needed. Comfy bed. Plenty of tea and coffee. Bathroom was bright and clean with towels and toiletries. Will definitely stay here again as it's ideal for Earls Court and Royal Albert Hall.

  Please avoid this hotel at all costs. Their service is so bad. It is a very small boutique hotel on Cromwell Road, London. The room is very small.We checked in and the man at the counter brought us to the wrong floor and is very rude when asking for balance of payment to be made.The next day, we asked for 2 towels and for the room to be cleaned nd was told by the owner (an Indian man) that this was not the hotel practice and to go to the hotel down the road that is owned by Hilton if we want such service.The breakfast is simple and not fabulous. I suspect the guests that give good reviews are insider within the hotel and not genuine guests.
