Location

The hotel is situated in the heart of Heathrow overlooking and only a stone's throw from Heathrow Airport. The establishment is within easy reach of all major roads and only 5 minutes from all of the terminals at Heathrow Airport, where the underground is also available. Local buses also go from in front of the hotel to Heathrow Airport every 5 minutes. London City is about 24 km away.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 6-storey building with a lift and 350 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

    Very clean and well kept hotel. I was just passing through but was pleasantly surprised. Good breakfast and attentive staff. Tip: the city bus runs right in front of the hotel from the airport.     Great clean quiet hotel with simple transportation to airport.

    Great location, rooms were quiet, clean & comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The bar / lounge area was a nice place to relax ( if you wanted to be out of your room ). The food & drinks ordered from the bar ( relaxed casual menu ) were nice & I didn’t feel out of place as a solo guest. I chose this hotel for an overnight stay prior to an early morning flight from London Heathrow Airport. The ‘Hotel Hoppa’ bus from the terminal bus stops ( 9 & 10 for T2 ) was very easy to use & dropped/picked up outside the hotel main entrance. Very convenient. I would recommend Hyatt Place for a solo traveller & will most likely return for future flights.     Best Hotel for Food

    Hyatt Place is an excellent place to stay overnight before catching your flight out of Heathrow. I took the public bus to the hotel. Better to catch the bus from T5 as it stops right outside the hotel and the same for the return to T5. The bed and the pillows are wonderful. I would buy those pillows if I could, best pillows on the trip. The quality of the food was much better than expected. The burger was delicious and the fries crisp. You have the option of ordering breakfast a la cart you don't have to order the buffet and again the eggs florentine was delicious. Next time I am having eggs benedict.     Hotel that offers NOTHING!

    Do not stay here unless you like to receive Absolutley Nothing! They have instant coffee for youi in the rooms! I mean really can you get any cheaper????? The shower is a handheld shower wand inside a tub not a real shower!!! There is no storage for clothes or anything. None of the cabinets open. I guess it would cost too much to put hinges on the doors and actually make them usable. The TV offers you AGAIN ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING! No Netfix, Amazon, or even a guide to search channels. NO free shuttle to the terminals either. Stay somewhere else where you might at least get something!!!!!!!!!!!
