  Almost perfect stay

  Hotel has an upscale feel only matched by the helpfulness of the staff that went above and beyond assist. The only issues are the showers.   Excellent in all aspects would definitely recommend best value for this area

  This hotel is in an excellent location very central and perfect for visiting Stratford whether that’s for shopping or going to the ABBA concert the staff are very courteous and helpful. The hotel is immaculate and the breakfast is absolutely brilliant. I consider this very good value for money for this area.   Great surprise!

  Great surprise! First time in a Hyatt. Chose it because it was close to London Stadium. To my surprise:- Ivett from Reservations went all the way to accomodate my needs- Medeea from Reception Desk could not have been more kind and attentive- Concierge guys were always there to help an onl lady like me flying solo- The oriental guy from the bar (sorry, did not catch his name) solved my water problem- The bed is the best sleep I have had in years!!!Will be my first choice hotel chain from now on!   The Hyatt regency. Stratford is one of the most beautiful hotels in London. , Stayed 3 times now and every occasion was delightful.   Good but air conditioning needs fixing and inconsistent staff

  We've stayed at this hotel several times, including when it was an IHG hotel. These stays must have been in cooler weather because this stay most of the Regency part of the hotel was baking hot. Our room felt coolish on check in but on returning to it later (with the air conditioning on maximum) it was baking hot! As was the rest of the seventh floor and reception/bar area. We went back to reception to check if the air conditioning was working. Shay was on reception and was an absolute superstar! He immediately offered a different room. We all went up to the new room (on the eighth floor) and it was less warm but not cool. As it was better we moved rooms. We made it work by running the air conditioning on maximum and just having the duvet cover on the bed, without the duvet and despite the noise eventually the room cooled down slightly overnight.We stayed here for 2 nights. The breakfast is pretty good. Two things that could be improved are the fried eggs on the outside of the tray end up cold and the coffee could be better.One thing that is inconsistent at this hotel are the staff. The check in was pleasant. Breakfast/bar staff pleasant. Shay is very professional and respectful and clearly has a lot of experience. The woman that checked us out was verging on being rude and never asked if we enjoyed our stay. Let alone apologising for us having to change rooms. We are Globalists also. Is this the last impression the hotel wants to be leaving?We will stay here again but not at the Hyatt Regency during warm weather. The Hyatt House floors were cooler (including the gym) as it's on a separate air conditioning system.
