    Initially I was dubious about this hotel, but it's just a stones throw from Bayswster underground and Hyde park and is quite charming, the staff are friendly, the rooms have everything you need including safe, fridge and TV , the bed was comfortable All together a nice experience, no lift so if you are disabled get a ground floor room, there are steps up to the front door. I live this place and it will be my go-to for trips to London.

    We booked in for 2 nights but only stayed one. The room we were in (306) leaked in through the ceiling when it rained, it was dripping down above the bed, the bed was sopping wet, it dripped on to the light switch so the electrics weren’t working. The receptionist said he’d get maintenance to have a look, 2 hours later and nothing. He didn’t even offer us another room so we left and went to another hotel. I don’t read reviews cause I like to form my own opinion, never again. In future I will read reviews. And if the Manager responds and says we were at a different hotel ignore him. It was definitely THE HYDE PARK BOUTIQUE HOTEL!!!

    Really nice hotel, spacious room, nice touches, like dressing gowns and a fridge, kettle and nice coffee machine. Ample hanging area, good air con, good easy to work tv. Easy check in and out. Great location ilopposite Kesington palace park and easy tube to centre and night life. 2 streets down lots of minimalists and pubs/restaurants.

    Location was great however the rooms aren’t great. The beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms weren’t great. For example carpet was half pulled up and doors didn’t lock on the rooms. Value for money I feel was pricey based on this but for London prices it was reasonable.

    Staff are really friendly and helpful, located in a nice area, interior of the rooms is really nice and good amenities even have a coffee machine.
