    We stayed at Ibis Canning Town June weekend, with family to see a show. My daughter and son-in-law had stayed there before and loved in so booked in again. My first time not disappointment had a lovely room 9th floor, booked in by Jenna who greeted us with a lovely smile and helpfulness she defiantly needs a praise, wonderful member of staff. We will be coming back again later this year.

    I stay at this hotel a lot and the staff are really friendly and can’t do enough to help. Nothing is too much trouble, and a couple of times I asked at The Bar for a glass of iced water, and each time it was given willingly. I have stayed at much higher level hotels, who would not offer this level of friendly service.

    Perfect place to stay when catching early flight from London City. Had delicious pizza for supper too in the on site resturant. Check in very easy and room super comfortable with good view from the 8th floor IBIS HOTEL, General Manager at Ibis London Canning Town, responded to this review Hi there,Cheers for the kind words!     Very welcoming experience. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us after another company let us down. Particular shout out to Jenna (with the blonde hair) and Curtis on the front desk for their professionalism and understanding.     Stayed for a night so that we could see Abba Voyage.Staff were both helpful and friendly on arrival and couldn’t do enough to help. We had a quick meal before leaving for the evening, and a drink in the bar on our return, and again staff made us feel very welcome.When I commented to reception that we were being charged £40 by Uber for a one way journey to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park they were surprised and contacted a local taxi company that charged us £25 for the return journey!My only criticism is that the lady booking us in for breakfast was far more curt than her colleagues were in the evening but I’m mindful that we all have bad days and breakfast service only had 20 mins more to run.
