    Very poor. The room was just about adequate, but the room was really lacking in several areas.In the modern age with everyone having electronic devices, this room only has 3 plugs - 1 on the floor near the room entrance, and then a double socket on the far side of the room, and nothing near the kettle and drink facilities, which meant you have to keep moving the kettle.Rooms these days should have sockets on either side of the bed for convenience. The bathroom was furnished with just a single large towel and a floor mat, when there should really be at least enough for 2 people. (We checked in late and only realised in the morning.)Breakfast was served on what is basically a side plate - obviously trying to restrict what people can eat.Would I stay again - probably not.     This hotel is well located on Bath Road with easy access to London Heathrow airport. I had been assigned an accessible room on check-in (Not requested) that was large, and mostly clean throughout. The decor of the room was overly bright and colourful, and not restful. Staff were efficient but clearly overworked, coming across as stressed and unorganised. The room and bathroom were clean throughout, however the room was showing signs of wear.     Not clean carpet and bed mattress have a dent in the middle!

    I gotta tell you the location is great but the carpets in this hotel need some serious cleaning. The towels are “el cheapo” and small. The bed mattress had a dent in the middle like. 400lbs bull slept there for a year, once in it you had to climb out of it! We took this hotel so we won’t have to rush in the morning through traffic for our flight, but I tell you, I wouldn’t recommend it. Maybe stay at Marriott down the road, where went to eat but their restaurant choice of Italian was not Italian at all.     Clean hotel, terrible food.

    Clean hotel, room was warm and cosy, But be warned steer clear of the food. Ordered a burger, it is not flame grilled as advertised. It’s cooked in a microwave and they charge you £16 for the privilege.Chips were just oven chips.Worst meal I’ve had in ages.     Nice hotel and was given a fourth floor room with a view of Heathrow airport Negatives of this hotel is they take coach parties which is a bad thing in general as people on coach parties are always racist, homophobic, transphobic and ableist and lower the tone of any hotel they stay at . A staff member on reception who was female and white on the evening shift misgendered me as an intersex non binary person and woman despite myself having a badge stating please ask me my pronouns and I had emailed the hotel prior to my stay as an Accor platinum rewards member advising of my invisible disabilities and pronouns Room 410 was quirky and lovely but my stay was ruined by a coach party being there and the overt bigotry re pronouns which affects the ambience of the hotel which is a shame as the chance to watch planes taking off and landing was amazing IBIS STYLES LONDON HEATHROW HOTEL, Sales at Ibis Styles London Heathrow Airport, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
