    Perfect location, great style and comfy rooms

    This quirky hotel is in the perfect location for visiting the Southbank of the Thames. Short walk to borough market, Southwark cathedral and London bridge area.We received a very warm welcome and the fresh water at reception was really needed on such a hot day.The reception area is quirky as are the rooms,The cooling system was perfect on a 33 degrees day. The bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed in the right places.Good bathroom and shower with plenty of room for toiletries.Breakfast was good quality and plenty of fresh fruit, cereals and breads. All in all a perfect stay in a great location at an excellent price.

    Great hotel Had the Queen room. Bit worried about the size when I booked but it was fine. Plenty of room. Bed comfortable. Shower good as well Morning breakfast no complaints staff wonderful Will stay again. It’s a perfect location Handy to London bridge underground and walking to lots of sitesOnly thing. Not a deal breaker Please put a fridge in the room Nothing big. Just a little bar fridge It really helps

    A hotel that does the job but needs some attention in a couple of key areas. Good bits, good location and staff welcoming (although got asked for photo idea and no pre warning of this on the lead up to staying, plus didn’t have any). Place is quite funky. Room was ok but drain in shower gave out a really bad eggy smell, spare pillows were grubby, shower is not powerful, air con didn’t work, noisy from road outside. Breakfast was ok, but just continental. On checking out, mentioned the very hot room, was confirmed that others had also mentioned and an engineer was due to be coming.     it is a nice hotel with friendly staff and it’s got a popcorn machine in the foyer and a bar but somethings in my room are broken like the hairdryer, door stop and peephole. Overall it is a nice hotel with a good location being close to tube stations and borough market but a bit on the pricey side

    You're right in the middle of things in London: pub, atmosphere, touristy things, transportation (King and I), etc., etc., etc. Postmodern rooms consider square footage before your final choice. Very clean hotel, friendly staff, great value (breakfast), room, and hotel location. It is not my first time staying here will not be my last!
